Stay compliant with food safety training and consulting from Hudd Consulting. We provide the following to ensure your facility complies with all the necessary rules and regulations:

  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Audits — GMP audits are required by 21 CFR.117. This audit focuses on preventing contamination and minimizing errors. Areas of inspection include record keeping, personnel practices, equipment maintenance, sanitation, procedures, and complaint policies.
  • Standard Consulting — We prepare your facility for a supplier, third-party, or GMP audit in a standard consulting day. The consultation includes assessing non-compliances; reviewing, updating, and verifying your food safety plan; and answering your questions so you are prepared for your upcoming audit.
  • GFSI Benchmark Standard Consulting — If your firm seeks Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) certification, we can provide a minimum of two-day gap analysis consulting, as well as update and verify your food safety plan on which GFSI benchmark standards are based. We consult on non-compliances before the actual GFSI benchmark, standard-grade audit and inform you of the issues that need to be corrected before pre-assessment or certification. The consultation includes providing recommendations and answering any questions you may have.
  • Auditing Programs (Internal and External) — We create an internal audit program for your facility so you can conduct ongoing audits. To ensure your firm is prepared for an official audit, we can also conduct a mock audit. In addition, we can conduct an external audit that includes a report with any non-compliances and corrective actions. Also, we can provide training to further assist your facility and its employees.
